How much does a professional live cost?
A live cannot be fixed in the edit. That is what makes it fearsome solo, and it is why the price of a professional live is explained almost entirely by what happens before and during: the control room.
What you are really paying for
A professional live is a team mixing up to 4 cameras in real time, launching your slides and videos on cue, managing titles and monitoring sound, while you do nothing but host. At Recordia, the daytime webinar (2 hours of live broadcast, custom setup, multi-platform streaming, replay delivered) is €750 excl. VAT. Evening and weekend events, with multiple lives, are quoted individually.
The line that changes everything: the rehearsal
Our formula includes a full rehearsal in real conditions: on the day, everything has already worked once. That is the difference between a calm broadcast and 40 minutes of "can you hear me?". Add the wired 10G connection: zero dropouts, zero pixels, start to finish.
The replay: your live counts double
A well-captured live becomes a content library: full replay, short clips for your socials, quotes for LinkedIn. We deliver the source files synced and mixed, ready to cut into reels. The cost of the live then divides by the number of pieces it produces.
