Filming a month of content in one session

The most consistent creators do not film more often than you: they film better. One well-prepared session produces a month of publishing material. Here is the method, as practiced on our stages.

The principle: pay for setup once

Warm-up (travel, lighting, framing, getting comfortable) costs the same for one piece as for fifteen. Batch the filming and that fixed cost spreads: a one-hour session at Recordia supplies 10 to 15 reels, or 2 short episodes, or one episode plus its promotion. At €90 excl. VAT for the first hour, the cost per piece drops under €10.

The 3-list preparation

A week ahead, prepare three lists: the topics (one per piece, one idea per topic), the hooks (the first sentence of each piece, written word for word), and the outfits (one change per block of 3 to 5 pieces to simulate different days). Send the hooks to the teleprompter: on the day, you chain takes without dead time.

At the studio: factory pace, cinema image

Film content by family: all the short face-to-camera pieces first, then the long formats. The control room chains configurations, you keep the energy. Then the 10-reel editing pack (€600 excl. VAT, subtitles and music syncing included) turns the rushes into a publishing calendar ready to post.

The result

One morning per month, about €690 excl. VAT all-in, and your online presence becomes a steady machine instead of a weekly race. The duration-by-duration detail is in our guide on how long to book.
