1h, 2h or a full day: how long to book?
Too short, the session ends in frustration; too long, you pay for silence. Here are the real durations observed on our stages, format by format.
Benchmarks by format
Durations observed with normal preparation:
- A 45-minute podcast episode: 1h to 1h30
- A month of reels (10 to 15 short formats): 1h to 2h
- A 10-minute VSL on the teleprompter: 1h30 to 2h
- A client or executive interview: 1h
- A 30-minute course module: about 1h
- A full course day: 5 to 6 finished modules
The block rule
Take your final content duration, multiply by 1.5 for retakes and configuration changes, and add 15 minutes of warm-up if it is your first visit. The brief with the expert is not deducted from your session.
