A return on every studio hour

The most expensive studio session is the one that yields a single piece of content. Here is the plan to turn every booked hour into a publishing pipeline, numbers included.

The 1 shoot, 10 pieces rule

A 45-minute podcast episode contains, in embryo: the full episode (YouTube and audio platforms), 3 to 5 clip reels, graphic quotes for LinkedIn, and the material of a newsletter. The shoot is the same; only the derivation changes. That is the logic of the bundles: episode + 3 reels at €900 excl. VAT, or the 10-reel pack at €600 excl. VAT.

The simple return math

Take the full cost of an edited session (say €690 excl. VAT for a month of reels, shoot included) and divide by the number of pieces published: under €70 per professional piece. Compare with the cost of an employee or freelancer producing the equivalent, setup, filming and editing included: the studio wins from the first month of consistency.

The three multipliers

One: preparation (hooks written, topics listed, outfits planned) doubles a session's yield, see the full checklist. Two: block filming with outfit changes simulates weeks of publishing. Three: systematic reuse: every long format must produce its short formats, or you leave half the value on the cutting table.

From theory to the studio floor.
